| URGENT MESSAGE TO ALL GVV RESIDENTS |
Posted on Jan 16th, 2012
Greetings Fellow Residents:
The Citizens for Fair Water (CFFW) no longer has sufficient funds to retain the attorney who was assisting us, therefore it is important that all residents make an effort to petition the Public Services Commission (PSC) directly. We would like to get as many letters as possible to the PSC requesting that Jefferson Utilities Incorporated be put into receivership, thus preventing further corporate action on the part of JUI that is harmful and unfair to the residents of Jefferson County .

Thank you very much.
